This is a bug-fix release.
We recommend that anyone using 0.7.23 or translating language files upgrade to 0.7.24 rc2 immediately.
As always, please post any bugs/issues you may find in the bugtracker.
Those of you who are using 0.7.22 may wish to wait for the official release of 0.7.24 before upgrading.
