URGENT UPGRADE NOTICE!

Yes, we've been advised of two new security issues with e107, both of them pretty nasty...and now fixed.

The release also includes quite a few other small bug fixes.

EDIT: ADDITIONAL UPDATE FILE NEEDED
Unfortunately the fixes caused another problem which only came to light after the release was done. You'll need to download this file, unzip it and use it to overwrite the corresponding file in the e107_handlers directory.
