Here's a little menu plugin I just coded, all it does it fade in (and out) a list of messages you can enter from the config screen. I'll probably add it to the core but someone in #e107 was asking for something similar earlier so here it is. The js used is from dynamicdrive.com. Upload the folder to e107_plugins, go to your plugin manager and install it. Then go back to your admin front page and click on the Fader link in your plugins section to configure it. Finally activate it from the menus screen. Download it here
